Louise Vrable
A native of Greensburg, Louise received her bachelor’s degree from
the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she taught Home Economics in the
Mount Pleasant School District. Art classes at the Greensburg Art
Club and Westmoreland County Community College started her artistic journey.
Known as “WeeZee” by her artist friends, she is a frequent participant
in the Wednesday Night Painters open studio sessions at the Art Center.
She has had exhibits at the Redstone Links and St. Ann’s Home, and is represented
by Style and Substance gallery. In addition to watercolor paintings
and colored pencil drawings she does quilting, photography and bicycling.
